ALEXIS SANCHEZ could be pursued by a host of top clubs – with three of Arsenal’s Premier League rivals potentially in the race.
The Chile international is set to leave the Emirates next year with his contract expiring at the end of the season.
Sanchez, who is keen to end his Arsenal spell, will either be sold in January or go for free next summer.
Manchester City almost signed him on deadline day in a £60m deal.
But his reunion with former Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola was scuppered, and Real Madrid could now pounce.
According to the Mirror, Zinedine Zidane’s side have entered the frame for Sanchez.
The Mirror add Sanchez may also attract domestic interest from Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte’s sides.
It is said Arsenal are likely to get offers in January for their wantaway star.
Clubs are set to tempt Arsene Wenger into selling, rather than losing Sanchez for free.
City are confident of a deal next summer, but they could be forced to fight for his signature in the New Year.
Sanchez will be able to speak with foreign clubs from January.
And reports from Spain have already suggested the ex-Barcelona ace would jump at the chance to join Madrid.
