Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard broke his right ankle while training with Belgium according to the Belgian Football Association says.
It has been confirmed on Twitter that the Chelsea star twisted his ankle and his scans revealed a fracture.
Hazard will miss Belgium’s friendly on Monday against the Czech Republic and their World Cup qualifier against Estonia on 9 June.
It’s currently unknown how long he will be out.
Hazard was one of the playmakers that help Chelsea win the Premier League last season, scoring 16 goals in 36 games.
He currently has three years on his contract with the club but has been linked with a move to Real Madrid.
